Hey all... I just wanted to let everyone know that I have changed careers. My wife's family owns the Keller Williams Realty office in Keystone and the industry is so busy right now, it was worth getting out of the shoe business and into the real estate business. That being said, I am now in real estate and wanted to reach out to you guys if you or anyone needs an agent for this area my team and I can help out. I know for us car enthusiasts the garage and driveway probably mean more about the house you want to buy than the average person. If you are interested, I preview homes to see if they will accommodate those of us with low car clearance. I have had to do this will my past 2 homes because my Viper will not make it up certain driveways. Just shoot me a message if you have any need!

That it would. If we weren't building next Spring, I would have helped you out. So, unless you're good with a hammer and nail, you SOL!

Haha no worries at all! Just wanted to share the news in case anyone did need the service, or knew anyone who did. Hows the mustang running?

That's a dream garage that is for sure! The home doesn't have any accepted offers yet. If you or you know someone who would be interested in seriously looking at it, let me know and I'll get a showing scheduled. I looked it up and the garage is literally bigger than the house (garage 3,132sqft, home 2,822sqft) and the car lifts come with the property according to the listing!
Just an FYI if you are ever serious about homes, look on realtor.com instead of Zillow. For whatever reason Zillow doesn't sync up with our BLC system, so it is very common to see a home listed on zillow as for sale but in reality it has already been sold.

I like the first one best. The last one is outrageous. I like the outside but the inside is just too much

"And last but not least... a cars and coffee regular's home which is I think the biggest house for sale in Indy right now:"
What does this guy drive? I don't think I know him.
Yes, btw if you are talking about the yellow 458 he lives in West Clay and have a very cool 7 bay garage. Super nice guy.

He has a couple cars. He Drives Supra in the 700hp range, a Black CTS-V with about 800hp, and a custom made Excalibur.

That house would make a nice little guest cottage for my palatial Jackson County estate. Too bad it's way up in Carmel.
Wish I knew when it was being built so I could have bought stock in marble.

Land in Carmel like that is EXPENSIVE. Just to the North East of there 40 acres sold a couple years back for over $100,000/acre
