Needs bigger turbos while they are at.
Side note: I never understood why Ferrari likes to put the oil filters on like they do. Instant mess waiting to happen when you have to change them out.
I can't seem to find a pic of the engine IN a 288 GTO. Curious how some of the plumbing is handled.

AND, it's right over the clutch.
I always puncture the filter with a screwdriver to break any vacuum seal effect, then let it drain while I get everything else ready. Stuff a few rags around it and don't spill a drop when I spin it off.
Here is the same car underneath.

OK, now I see how they plumbed the turbo to intercooler to intake. I had forgotten about the twin IC's sitting up top. Like how the intakes cross one another.
Interesting how they vent the wastegate out the back via its own exhaust pipe.
Are the -AN fittings OEM?

Mark,
Go to the Supercar section on FC that covers Enzo, F40, F50 and GTO ( "the complete collectors set" )
There is a 288 GTO thread with thousands of posts and pics.
In the meantime, I'll just slide out of here...

Bill, already found that thread. I think I might have a post of two in there too.

That GTO Evo is absolutely awesome. Shame they built so few.
