It's almost track season and i need my car to be corner balanced. Any of you folks know a good shop here in Indy that can do the job right? I have a fully adjustable bilstein with dials, coilovers, front and rear sway bars. I called AIM tuning but they didn't return my call. I went to professional automotive last year and they told ne they can't do the job and still sticked me with a $50 labor cost for looking at my suspension. with all the weight saving mods I've done this winter, I know my car is a little off balanced. I have the geo and all the other numbers needed. I just need someone to do it.

This sounds pretty cool. If the weather improves, I wouldn't mind checking this out.

i already informed jason of that and i contacted Dave but looks like they just weigh your car for that price...adjusting is extra.

I dont mind paying the full price as long as they do the job right. I have the geo and all they have to do is follow the numbers. You think they'll have time this Saturday or shall we schedule next week?

well, I dunno how great their service is. I'd much rather have you go somewhere you know/reputable instead of a brand new shop that opened with only incentives being free food and drinks.

I suggest you schedule an appointment when it isn't a circus. You don't want them distracted from doing the job right the first time. For their opening, odds are they will be trying to process everything very quickly to keep the flow moving.

I got caught by that on a dyno day and paid a hefty price for a bonehead rushing the process.

Having someone do the corner balance and chassis set-up is my hardest challenge. I wish I can find a mechanic who can go to the track with me and help me fund the right suspension settings for me.

I am looking for someone/someplace to corner balance my car as well. I would even do it myself, if I could find access to some scales. Someone in town must rent the things, this is Indianapolis and there are a FEW race shops in town...

Tomorrow, they will have the scales. You can at least see where the weight is.

and today/tonight it snows...

Only you Subie guys don't care about that. The rest of us hibernate.

Hey Casey! We should take your Subi in north of Muncie. There are some unplowed roads that we can have lots of fun. Farms too!

If the FR Jag can do it, I don't see any reason why the subi can't.

There's a wire that goes from the Iphone directly to his frontal lobe.

Just called Mac and they said it's going to take a while before they can upgrade the interface for cut and paste. The implant still hurts a bit but quite tolerable.
