rich people dont have to follow the rules silly
well except the Bentley dude lol
its usually cheaper to just pay the ticket then deal with having to fix ugly drilled holes in the bumper OR some dont put any plates on cause of privacy and just keep them in the car and deal with the cop or the ticket that way

The purple Ferrari's a 599 GTB, red one's a 348 TS.
