looks good, dead ringer for the HSC that was to replace the NSX, hell looks alot like the NSX Good job coping again, Ferrari.
Then again after seeing the F430, its a good thing they copied the NSX

anyways, FINALLY a car company making a 7 speed to span out those 200mph top speed rather than have us taking naps in gears over 3rd waiting to upshift and trying to contine to feal the acceration....and keep up with Vettes

now to the most important question and the single question that will hinge on me buying one, or never giving it a second look.
WILL IT COME IN MANUAL?? Or only g a y ass F1 for the limp wristed nancy "racing heritage" crowd.
7sp, Im in...and hope I dont look too g a y in all red
F1, I will loose all hope in modern cars from this point on

anyone know?

On FC there is a 7 page thread with over 100 replies saying, "Make a manual 7 speed avail!!!" You are not the only one hoping for that version.

sweet, now which dealer do I have to suck off or sell my soul to to not only get on the list, but get it at MSRP WITHOUT having to buy an overpriced used car or contribute to their racing team?

So basically it would still qualify for the Government "Clunker" program. Trade it in for a $4500 credit toward a new Prius.

It looked better in the press pictures. Their last truly good-looking cars were the 360 and 575

I said last. F40 and 512TR were before the 360 and 575
At least the rear and profile are nice on the 458. If Aric were here, he'd tell you not to worry since you'd never see the front of one on the road

all I saw was the front of Arics car in my mirror all day

Im sure someone will come up with a solution to ferraris inability to complete something correctly

not at all
more like Im sick of their shit, and thats all emcompasing

if ferrari were a girl I was seeing I would be done with them FOREVER after seeing the same ol crap time and time again no matter how fun she was to ride

to be honest, Im about done with Lamborghini altogether aswell. THe LP640 may very well be the last Lambo I give two shits about

fucking paddles

CVT's will be the next thing they move too. It's the perfect transmission, except the driver is taken further out of the loop

I'm here... At least I know Dan respects me for getting a 6speed in my car, and Dan, as far as "seeing the front end of my car all day" that may be so - I save my"speedracer" persona for the track! I love to drive fast on the road as much as everyone, even more so in a fast car, but safety always supersedes fun, I will never take too much risk. Andrew knows I like to have fun w/ the gas pedal, or ask Jeremy. And to address the issue of the 458 looking like this or that, when car manufactures rely on aerodynamics to "sculpt" their cars itis only natural that similar lines will begin to appear. I really don't think Ferrari copies off of other designs, who began the trend of the glass engine cover? the paddle shifters? underbody aerodynamics? As compared to the Lambo, for instance, I just think the Ferrari has more sex appeal, sure it'll run with the best of them, but boy the lines on some of the modern f-cars just blow me away. I always hold my opinion of a car until I see it in person, but I don't think I'll be disappointed w/the 458. When the next f-car comes out I always wonder how they can make it better, and do they ever!!!

and the 458 will be an amazing car, but the paddle ruin it all, and for that I would rather have my old Buick instead

Front end = very ugly. Rear = awkward swoops.

I think what they did with the nose is hideous, just like the 430.
I will hold total judgement until I see it in person, but it wont matter, its "only" a paddle shifter :x
