So nothing Lamborghini, Ferrari, Porsche etc has made in nearly 5-10 years excites me in the least. Everything is soulless and controlled entirely by computers. Im so uninterested I couldn't even tell you what models they even have out, let alone anything about them.

Rented a Fiat 500 for my employee and took if for a spin an it was pretty freakin cool so now I got to go test drive the Abarth.
I think I want on already

trying to research about mods for it....I would sooooo rice it out. Seems theres 240hp kits out there.

Anyone know more about it and racer mod options?
Seems used cars with low to decent miles are already half of MSRP, a steal for sure

The Abarth challenge series closed up. (Search for my thread about the Abarth Challenge) Might be some cheap caged out race cars available that you could put one of those 500 horsepower kits on. I know a guy who raced in it, might be a lead.

They were street cars with titles to start. So if you can figure out how to not bang your head on the roll bar and put the a/c back on it would probably pass muster.

yah, no ac would be a deal breaker

and please tell me that 500hp was a typo. No way can such a tiny light turbo car handle that!!!
I would go through tires in a week, and kiss a tree in no time

500 Madness in the name of the company that make the cool stuff for Abarths. Not 500 hp.

But there is one on YouTube with a Gallardo engine in the back or something.

Before venturing on my own I worked for the Fiat/Maserati dealership in Indy and the Abarths are some fun little cars and the exhaust note from such a tiny vehicle turns head like crazy! Although not the fastest cars they feel pretty quick during normal driving conditions.

Try Greenwood Tom Obrien. They had several last time I passed, plus they keep one in the mall.

That is the name of the package by RoadRaceMotorsports.com for their all in conversion. It's too pricy, like twice what the car costs, but pretty cool overall. Maybe some of their accessories would make a neat car without spending $40K.
