A 3 year old car with only 464 miles? Can't knock the warranty, though.

miles mean nothing to me, Im sure you can relate

the question is the 3 year warrenty worth 25k??, how good of a warrenty is it??, and will I even keep it 3 years?? :-/

3 years old with 464 miles = it more than likely sat for a long period of time. I'd rather have the 3800 miles one with a little bit of warranty left.

You nailed it. Save the $25K, get the 3800 mile car and have Brian give it a good looking over. Then you have until June of next year to get anything fixed. After that, you've got a high quality, well built German car that will never leave you stranded (cough, cough).

Dan, another thing to consider is that if you modded the car the warranty is possibly voided.

Neat cars. 2 Porsches? You have to promise, no tweed.

Take the offer on the table for the CGT. The profit from that sale will put a big dent in the GT3.

Take the balance left over, find a good financial advisor and toss in some insurance for good measure.

I trust no man with my money selling worthless paper back and forth playing everyone for fools by giving value to nothing of any real worth.

That said they were still at 40k over what I paid, I countered with 50k over and they asked for all the service records. It may be sold by the end of the week

It will be a heck of a deal for you if you close it. I'll try to send good vibes your way. Bummer, I never got a chance to drive it around the block. Although after you took me for that one ride, I think I'm too afraid of that car.

Since I decided to break my car at the track instead of take a ride with you, I will need a ride before you sell it!

the 99k 2800 miles one doesnt have AC

#15 Nov 18, 2010, 7:27 am Hide

ZUL8TR

Really? Seriously?

OK, so what's the hit to add AC? Can't be pretty.

If you are getting this to be primarily a track car, you'll be riding with the windows down and AC off, so not a huge deal breaker. But for August Brown County runs...well...Heck, I usually run without AC, windows down and t-tops out...OK, its because my AC system needs some work.

I remember him does he still set up drive in lville? They have amazing roads. His is the newer one 997.2 for 2011. The one I want is 997.1 07 and 08....much cheaper now and no premium. I think it has like 25 hp less, but I don't care. I just want a light reliable revy toy to play with

Think he would take me for a spin?....or let me drive it some?

carmel motorsports was full off shit

I delivered all the serice records, he said they wanted a PPI and I agrredd 100% to that....3 weeks went by didnt hear a word. Told him I wanted a final offer by Dec 10th or dont bother after that, day came and suddenly his best offer was either still the same or 5k less. Ok, Ill play his BS game, fine. They can have it for their offer plus 2k to prove to myself they were full of it, IF the deal is closed by Dec 17th. He Carmel Motorsports responded that they got my message, never heard a peep from them since.
Total BS!!

anyone that knows about their history knows they are total frauds which is why I played VERY hard ball with em. A guy on Lambo power got BSed out of 30k till he sued em. Basicially went like this, they used them to sell his Gallardo and they for exmaple had a buyer for 200k, he said great, BUT they sold the car really for say 230k and pocketed the difference never telling the buyer it was really sold at 200 or the seller it was sold at 230 till they crossed pathes at Lambo power. This very difference is the number I upped their first offer by and even coming down 5k in the end (so they could take me for about 10 insted of 30k) they still were hesitant as it wasnt worth fleasing me for only 5k when they think they could get more.

I dont really want to sell it, but with prices going up if I get another great offer I would be dumb to pass it up.

Well you shouldn't sell it anyway until I get my lap around the track in it!
