It's a Bentley Mulsanne, I think he's using zip ties
I assume he takes it off when driving... kind of funny to picture someone carrying a zip tie gun around in their Bentley just for this.

plenty of guys would prefer an occasional ticket vs putting a plate on the front. I'll bet this guy puts his plate on only when he feels he might get a ticket.
