I thought you might. No clue on price. The Deronda site says the Atom 500 is estimated at $230k vs a Deronda with 500 at $98k.

well I think Ill pass on both then
Atoms are like 75kish new, I had the chance last year to buy a used one for 55k
if I can find another one for that, Im sold!!

I believe so and here are several links:

Race Car Replicas (RCR) - Superlite Roadster (this is the one I mentioned)
http://www.race-car-replicas.com/index.html
http://www.superlitecars.com/index.html (same company as above)

Deronda USA (option of 500HP LS7 in 1900 pound open wheel car! )
http://www.derondausa.com/

Ewing, Inc
http://kipewing.com/design/twintech/

Ariel Atom
http://www.arielatom.com/

the RCR stuff looks like its a bunch of kit car and replicar crap
Deronda looks promising
Ewing is a freakin Harley engine and a front engine to boot!! And i wouldnt want to lower Bills view of me by driving a Harley ...engine breaking and all
Atom kick ass

so it looks like Atom vs Deronda

All valid arguements. I see your points.

As for the Ariel Atom, there is a company in Michigan that builds a similiar machine for $16k for the rolling chasis. You decide on the motor and they will build the car to accept it. Strap a 4 cyl, supercharged motor to that light chassis and you'd have a screamer for less than an Atom. I'd venture a guess you can build an Atom equivalent for less coin and with better numbers/performance. All depends on what you want out of it.

All it takes is some research and you are rolling into your prime season for being able to do research, plus you can get input from the builder as to what they have produced for other clients.

I think it'd be a heck of a cool project and Palmer would be your bestest buddy again. LOL!

two questions

street legal?
and link?

I like Arnages. If you get that year you have to add the later year turn signals though, they look much better white than orange.
This one is a bit more but it is newer and has a nicer interior and better rims.

oh me likey!!!
its about 10k more than I would want to spend
I HATE crome wheels, so its irrelivant
I do LOVE the clear/white turn signals better
and the interior is so much nicer, BUT, noway in hell would I be able to keep the white interior clean.
Ive had my 1500 for 6 years and never cleaned the inside, I finally got all the trash out in the spring. It took me 3 years to clear the previous owner cigerette butts out
NEVER cleaned the NSX or Diablo interior, and only kinda cleaned my 2500 inside once.
so no white for me

it would be my winter car and weekend/rain car when I didnt feal like driving my truck and too lazy to drive the Lambo/night car. I have HORRIBLE night vision...potholes are scary at night in a Lambo

Dan...CGT and Zonda are cool, but have you ever thought about several less expensive, but just as interesting cars, that would allow you to have a fleet to choose from? Even something borderline track specific, but barely street legal?

money is no object when desiding what I like and want
it is an object when it comes to actually buying them

I have been thinking about an Ariel Atom, but I dont know alot about them and I think overall they are slow since they top out quickly, kinda like my shifter kart

and NO cars are as trilling, raw, and involving as a Zonda and CGT (except the McLaren F1, and I just cant justify 1.4-3.2 mil or so for one) thats why they are worth the cost
F40 would be close, but Ild have to get a 2nd mortgage just to keep it running

Ive desided to sell the NSX, sorry Palmy
and all the cars I want to replace it with are pretty much too high to buy now, and are all coming down in price, so it wouldnt make any sence to buy now.
Plus I dont want to sell the Diablo right now to get them, maybe next year.
So what about this Bentley? I believe it has the BMW 7 Series engine so that will make service easy. Its cheap, only 55k and despite it being a "Gree" label and a '99 it looks better than newer ones to me, except the wheel HAVE GOT TO GO!!

any insight in this car or the "green" label Arnages in general?
