its usually cheaper to just pay the ticket then deal with having to fix ugly drilled holes in the bumper OR some dont put any plates on cause of privacy and just keep them in the car and deal with the cop or the ticket that way

Careful there. If this economy keeps goin down I may be one of those.
thats the goal, you get over 50% of the people to suck on the government teet and you now have a dictatorship and not a democracy.
And you are far from a freeloader, you are what helps keep the economy running and allows people to put food on the table, make their mortgage, pay for their car, and on and on and on.
Having that responsiblility is one reason I dont want employees.
