And if they did Mark, I'd tell 'em to pound sand again and get another Vette. This Vette is the first GM I've ever owned, always been Fords but not a 2X sticker. My brother's Shelby is being built the end of this month and he's paying more than I would but still under sticker. Can always pop it on Ebay and make 10K

Price tag of $140. My Vette's gone. I looked seriously at the GT40 when they were $125 but then the dealer told me they were getting an additional $125 under the table. BS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

BEAUTIFUL!!!!!!!!!! Can't put the Cleveland in it, too dirty now. Besides I'm getting 6-8 mpg for 410 HP at the crank in my Torino. My Vette puts out around 560 at the crank and gets 28 @ 75 MPH. But with a modern power train I'd buy it.
