I don't think he knew that Midwestscc is an organized car syndicate. Do you think it's a good idea to send the higher ops of tire barn a link to our website?
After this incident, I don't see any agency who can help us in case we get this kind of treatment. The Better Business Bureau won't give a flying F. You can't call the cops on this. The manager won't even get hurt if we stop going to tire barn because he's on salary.

For the record, Dustin was very helpful and resourceful. There was another guy that put up with my stupid mistake of brining the wrong size tire as well.
I was charged $25/wheel WITHOUT the N2. Was originally quoted $18/wheel without N2. They charged me $5/wheel extra for having TPMS.
And I dunno...I have mixed feelings about this shop. Hate to rate it low just because of one person when the others were nice to me.

The guy was so out of line. The place sucks if they don't hold CARL WEST accountable for his actions. They can't treat costumers the way they treated you.

If you need tires mounted to your rims but are afraid some high school kid's going to scratch your wheels, I recommend the Tire Barn on Allisonville Rd, just south of 116th Street in Fishers (NE Indianapolis). Ask for CJ (the manager) or Dustin (Ass't Manager). They will personally do the work. Mounted, balanced, and filled with N2 for $20 a wheel.
So far they've done 6 tires for the Lambo and not a single scratch.

I'm sad to disagree but there was an incident today at tire barn. Yuki brought his car to get his tires replaced and the guys at tire barn scraped his front bumper. When Yuki complained about it the guy who checked it they said they're going to pay for it. When Yuki asked them to sign a "we-owe-you" the manager said they're not going to pay for it. When we tried to talk to CJ, the manager, to tell him that the scrape wasn't there when they did the body inspection, he told us that we were wasting his time. He was shitty about the situation and didn't handle it like a professional. What a jerk.
I give this place 0 stars. I'm glad your cars didn't get scratch because if they did, I don't think they'll pay for it.

They work in the building with me. They only sold it because the 2nd gear went. They said that stuff worked when they traded it in. I asked the dealer to do it, but they said they couldn't. I wish I had a freakin' garage. I would just start taking shit apart.
