I've got the DVD player working but I'm not getting any TV. Other than the cable company screwing something up with that particular outlet, is there any other possibilities? C'mon - put that high priced education to work!!!

Just saw this post and haven't read it in detail, but have to ask the obvious, does you DVD player have a tuner?

Off to lunch now.

100k to add a breezeway to my 3 car garage thats already there and a 3 car on the end of the breezeway???
that cant be right at all

Unfortunately, additions are expensive. They wanted about $50g's to add on another bay to my garage and also raise the roof to create living space instead of the attic that's there now.

Somewhere around $100 per sq. foot is a good start for estimating. So if you add a 30' wide by 20' deep 3 car garage you're looking at $60,000 plus any extra's if you add storage/living space above, brick sides, insulated interior walls, etc. :-/

Have you checked the clutch fluid level? How about the slave cylinder? If it rusted through or lost the fluid through a hose break that would prevent the car from going into gear and would be a relatively easy fix.

I played around with the same idea Mark. My "ink blot" ended up looking like a 911 on the inside. Not necessarily a bad thing, but didn't want to definitely point to any one car since their is such a diverse group of them in the club.

I also had another silhouette layout that looked alot like a lambo, and I knew that would not work... only in Dan's eyes.

Here's another type design to add to the choices.

Raza, I'm a designer and partner of a design and advertising firm and can offer the following insight.

One thing to keep in mind with a logo design is how it will work in all applications. Like embroidery on caps or shirts for instance, or in black and white if it were to come across a fax or on an entry form, etc.. As such, the beveled look of your font will not translate well in an embroidered application. Also the area where the blue text is overlapping the yellow of the car would not render well if the logo was in black and white. Crisp lines will reproduce much better than soft edges or "fades" to white. A general rule is to design the logo in black and white first, then once you've got the "look" established, add color.

Hope that helps.

Love the lines, love the color. Any idea what the horsepower will be with the supercharger?

Great job SMS. That Cadillac engine bay looks my 300tt engine bay... tight, tight, tight. And if I'm deciphering the other members messages, looks like you picked yourself up a 308 Quatrovalve. Very nice! Always loved those cars when I was young. Look forward to seeing you pics and hearing out it's performance.
