Dan,

My advice is to run for President of your HOA. Trust me, I've been there/done that - no one wants the job. The first poor bloke with a pulse that wants the job gets it.

Once you're in control of the HOA, you can make the rules (or at least not enforce the ones that already exist).

Ill pave it, then after a hard day at work Ill come home, fire up the '88 Mustang, and do some doughnuts and burnouts on the court to relieve some steam

I put the exhaust back by the lake outta spite
came home today and the dick stole it!!!!

Now Im trying to think what could be more obnoxious than an exhaust to cement in back there.
I am about to buy two more vans....maybe two exhausts cemented in

i wouldn't engage the enemy...just put another exhaust, get a video camera with nightvision, get evidence of whoever stole it, turn it into Vettecop.

I have a motion activated trail camera you can borrow. Flash can be on or off.

Put another exhaust up, tape a frag to the pole and run a wire from the pin to the exhaust. You'll get the guy for sure. Switch the frag fuse with a smoke fuse and it'll pop without the delay.
