I'ts a sweaty dusty job to do it right. You will need to rough up the surface with a diamond grinder. Then you fill all the joints and cracks, sand them down after they cure, then prime the entire floor. Then and only then can you apply the finish. Here's Ray working on my floor. The prep took two full days.

Thats definitely looks like a chore.

The first time you drop a tool on the tile and crack it, you'll curse yourself for not having gone to something more durable.

+1. It's not hard to drop a tool in the garage. Scratching can also be an issue with porcelain tiles. good luck in using jack stands!

My dad used cheap tiles to do his garage. I dropped tools and used jackstands with Towels underneath them. Never had issues.

I have spent a little on my garage but never did the floor, I am just to hard on it, I am sure it would look good but the first time I drop a rear-end or or some nasty fluid leaks on it an ruins it I would cry..

My lotus side of the garage is a mess right now.

Both the lotus and my workspace.

Did you know drilling hockey pucks produces the aroma of Burnt rubber air freshner?

Ive got pics. Just need to get them uploaded.
