One of our members Anthony asked me to share this.

If the weather's good, might be nice to caravan there from Cars & Coffee

I drive past their shop every day and wonder what is going on inside.

Think Overhaulin TV show and that's what they're doing. These guys do top quality work and are known by the names you probably know: Ring Brothers, Roadster Shop, and are dealers for big names like Detroit Speed and the others.

I couldn't be happier with the LSx and T56 they put in my '69 Camaro. Eventually it will head back there for suspension work.

If anyone is looking for information about heading down from C&C, let me know. I'm thinking we can all head out at noon and cruise around 465 to Pendleton Pike then head west to Arlington south to 25th. Of the roads are dry and salt free, I'll drive my Camaro (Silver w black hockey stripe) If the conditions are poor, I'll probably drive the wife's white Wrangler. Look for me either way and I'll get you there. Or meet us there. If you like cars, restored muscle, Hotrods, protouring, prostreet rides, and others, you won't be disappointed.

I'm not affiliated, just a fan and a happy customer.

You will have fewer lights if you go I-465 to 70W and then exit Shadeland. Go South on Shadeland, then Right onto 21st Street, Right onto Arlington, then left onto 25th Street immediately after crossing the RR track. Paradise will be on your right. Not a lot of parking out front. No idea in the back.

Not the greatest neighborHOOD.

Good thinking. So you're in then right? Haha

Plenty of parking in the back. It actually backs up to I70

As for the neighborhood, I agree. However, there are plenty of high dollar cars in that shop right now and that lot has seen a lot over time too. I've never had any issues in my nearing hundred trips to the shop. Don't let the location deter anyone.

That is a beautiful 69 Camaro. I love the first gen cars. Liking what I've seen so far about the new Z-28 as well. You have that car set up just right. Here is an old thread we had about Camaros:

Thanks for the heads up. And I appreciate the kind words too. I had to sell a low mileage rare Alpine e39 M5 for this car a couple years ago. It was tough but paid off. I'll check out the Camaro thread.

My office is at the very end of road. Not worried during daylight hours. A number of IMPD use our lot at night to take care of paperwork. They look out for us.

Is anyone interested in going to this? With the weather we are having, I know it puts a damper on things, so I've spiced it up a bit. I've mapped a route through backyards, wading through rivers and creeks, over mounds and snow drifts. We can make the caravan an off-road event.

Joking of course. It looks like the roads will still be frozen and more snow is on it's way. The Camaro is definitely not coming out and I'm thinking there will be some salt on the roads so my old K5 will be staying indoors too. However, if anyone wants to link up and drive over so you know where you're going, we can. I'll still show up to Cars and Coffee but in the wife's Rubicon around 11:00 with an estimated departure of around noon.

Unless anyone wants to meet at Ale Emporium for a beer and then go. Hmmmm

I"m trying to convince Indy Public Works Dept to plow and salt this section of 25th. They seem to be having a difficult time with their phones. Something has to be wrong with the phones since they can't answer them, or dial out to return calls. Guess they need to solve that before they can plow and salt the roads.

They ignored this section of 25th last now storm. It gets very slick, so be careful. Still has ice this morning from the last storm.

Thanks. Yeah I was there on Monday. You are right. I'm sure that section is icy by now.

Don't look for me at Cars and Coffee if anyone was planning on it. With the weather I'm heading to Skyline in Castleton then to the open house.

Stay warm and dry y'all.

I didn't take too many pics, but I'll post two here so you can see some of what you missed. I'll update this thread with more later.

Beautiful Vette. R+P will be a great upgrade if it still has the original style linkage.
