Went to a place called the "Car Cave" today in Northern Illinois. It's a really laid back place for a bunch of car guys to hang out at, one of them rents the building, and they grill and work on their cars here during the summer, and store them during the winter.
Only one guy was brave enough to take his car out, had fun shooting it
That'd be awesome to have a place like that around here. Then, I could pull my wife's car in during the winter and stop having to brush the darn thing off.

Check out this place. I've been to the one outside Minneapolis a few times. Not cheap but an awesome place. A huge investment in capital to build the place...

That's the thing... I believe this could be an awesome business opportunity and the amount of capital could be varying. I/You could make it as basic or nice as wanted.
I'd be awesome if my wife and I had the cash flow available to invest in something like this, but we're saving to build a house. I would think putting a couple hundred thousand into a metal building could get someone started. However, it's the tools and shop equipment that will require the real investment. The Snap-On man isn't cheap!
Yeah this place was cool, in addition to the garage which fit about 15 cars, they had a lounge downstairs and a place upstairs with bar stools, arm chairs, and a big TV. Definitely would be cool to have something like this in Indy. Maybe a bunch of us should all chip in
