I assume so. When I click on the off topic tab, the filter kicks in and said access is denied due to "games."

Any chance we can get the "game" threads removed out of the Off Topic section? I can't get into that section at work because of the filters. :x

Hubler Chevrolet get a negative star rating for customer service to my Dad.
A piece of hood seal came loose up front (small piece to keep air from getting under the hood) of his new Z06. He ran down there to see if they could fix it for him while he bought a spare cf spoiler lip and front underneath air dam. The service manager said they did not have time to take care of it. That's it. No, "too busy can we schedule, etc..." it was just "we dont have the time to look at it" and went on with his business.

So, where in town is a good Chevy dealer who appreciates people who buy their new high end cars?
I got mine at Penske. I haven't had it in there for any type of service yet though. On corvetteforum, Penske and Estes both have a pretty good reputation for service, with Estes just edging out Penske.

Ahh Haa...so you aren't sitting stock, so the comparison to a stock GT-R needs to be against a stock Vette.

So what does "a bunch of little stuff" mean??? Maybe some hidden police lights? Geeze, we could all go fast with those...at least until us non-LEO's get caught.
Pulley, ported TB and oil pump, etc. - just misc. small stuff. My stock vette was 48K and the GT-R is 70+K so its not really a straight comparison. The GT-R vs. a Z06 is about the same. I have slightly better numbers than a Z for about 15K less. The GT-R will be a helluva car, but it isn't the world beater that it's being touted as. As I mentioned before, it will be interesting to see some track numbers on it with real world drivers behind the wheel.

Are you running stock or modified with your Vette?
I've done heads, cam, headers, CAI, exhaust, plus a bunch of little stuff.

One of the car mags just had a big write up on it - either Car and Driver or MotorTrend. It dyno'd at 430 to the wheels and 507 crank. I've got more than that and I'm about 500 pounds lighter. Although their launch control will give it an advantage off the line I think I'd take it at 100 mph+.

It'll be interesting to see some track numbers when these are in the hands of real world drivers and not factory team drivers. Also, the dealer markup on them is going to be outrageous.

About the only thing I saw today was a 911 under a car cover in a garage. :x
