How in the world did you get to drive on the track????

I'd like to tell you I'm special, but we all know better. It was Community Day at the track. They do it every year and let you drive on the track at max speed of 30MPH. Don't tell anyone, but I got it to 50. They had a LEO on the track in the short chute between 3&4. :x

Back to the track tomorrow for Carb Day!

Triumph at the Speedway yesterday.

Could have been better, but the yahoo in the SUV behind me was impatient and started to pass me as I had the camera out the window.

I could have spent half a day wandering the parking lots taking pictures of all sorts of cool cars.

Toss in a pic of the Z driving on the speedway. Love those banked turns.

yes, the same TD. Didn't want to mention his full name since he prefers to fly under the radar here.

WOW! Looks amazing. I really like the wheels as they are. Classic looks on a classic car.

I see that Mustang all the time.

Casey...he'll build you one just like it if you want...only $110,000.

Car currently is putting down 1000RWHP and is capable of 1500RWHP. Nothing under that car is stock. About all that's left of stock is the shell and the seats, but those have been recovered.

Car has been measured to handle 2g corners. This is basically a street legal track car, not a drag car. They made a seperate one that pulled the quarter in the mid-9's. I want to guess 9.4, but I was too busy picking up my jaw from the ground to remember, so do not quote that.

Met this gentleman today. Nice guy, really nice car.

How about a 1000HP Supercharged Mustang?

Very nicely done and seriously built car for street and track.

Just one more Domestic ready to kick some Diablo tail.

An old school spotting for me.

We all have one of those cars from our childhood that really caught our attention and has stuck with us. This one happens to be one of mine and I got taken for a ride today. Thanks to William for burning up a $20 in gas to give me the thrill ride!!! This is one well loved car. A real stunner.
