It's a Bentley Mulsanne, I think he's using zip ties 
I assume he takes it off when driving... kind of funny to picture someone carrying a zip tie gun around in their Bentley just for this.

plenty of guys would prefer an occasional ticket vs putting a plate on the front. I'll bet this guy puts his plate on only when he feels he might get a ticket.

Unfortunately not much more to share with you and Dan. No time to grab my camera, and my cell media card was full and I did not have time to delete anything. Sounded good, was e-gear I think or she was a really fast shifter.
I was southbound on 135 and she turned in front of us off of Smith Valley Rd.
