I hit 135 in the Diablo
and its speedo is 10%

Im sure a better driver could get 140, maybe 145
but 165
ahhaha
a bike maybe

Dan; I seriouly don't know exactly how fast I was going the car does not have a speedo
I told the guy who built and raced the car I was pullin 6,000 in 5th gear (it has a 6th) and he said that was 160-165... so all I can tell you is that with turn 1 comming up it was scary fast,,, but fun....

The car is 590 hp at the crank and weighs 2800 lbs. Rember this is a retired World Cup car not a zzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz06 on slicks...

I did not get it at first since I dont think I have met you,,,, some day if it all works out a ride is no problem, I had a 5 point harness racing seat put on the passenger side when we pulled out the cool suit box and the fire bottle..

Yuki...love to have you and your camera along. TrixZee and I talked about how many spots we saw that would make good photog sites if we dropped someone off and did runs past them.

Same for some really awesome video opportunities. Set-up, do a few runs and there'd be some great footage. Especially with radios stationed for announcing all clear for the runs. Makes me giddy with the possibilities!!!

Left onto E Farr Rd - possible ROUGH, I still need to drive it
Right onto E Anderson Rd - possible ROUGH, was a year ago.

Left onto N Miller - VERY ROUGH
Straight onto N Shilo - EXTREMELY ROUGH

have fun! some of us do have low profile tires and VERY expensive magneesium wheels and finicy cars just looking for an excuse to break

Dan...that's why I sacrifice and go run these roads alone before taking others on them and post warnings of trouble when possible. The above ROUGH sections were posted for CS's benefit to go beat up the Subie. Hoping he'll check out the E Farr Rd to west on E Anderson for me. I was crawling at a snail's pace on Miller, Shilo & Boltinghouse. Ugh...those were BAD. But if/when they repave them...look out! Cool roads then.

I'd love to go too...after shooting at Winged Warrior, kinda realized that I need a MAJOR equipment upgrading though to do any motion/pan shots. I would be up for stills though! I know I sent you a PM and back about shooting still shots but if you're not busy, lemme know. I found a place in Lockerbie Square downtown I'd love to take a couple pics.

I need to seriously clean the car for a show in a couple of weeks. After I get all that done, let's schedule a time for a shoot. I'm almost always available these days.

Hundreds of Mustangs, Shelbys, Cobras, Alpines, etc...passed the farm today enroute to Nashville for the annual Shelby Fest. Some wicked sounding stuff. I'm headed up there now to check it all out. Driving the 308, so I'll stand out like a sore thumb.

Yellow Smart car yesterday going south on Olio around 5:30. It had some logo on it and a checker stripe accross the back. Black NSX today around 2:00 going west bound on 96th street before Keysone. I think it had chrome wheels.

When it rains it pours. I was out with the P-car today and saw a Maserati turning into the new Hamilton Town Center and a cream colored Avanti north on Olio and 238.

Red Pantera with wing should belong to a guy named Gary from Evansville, I think. He just restored it. He has two.

An old school spotting for me.

We all have one of those cars from our childhood that really caught our attention and has stuck with us. This one happens to be one of mine and I got taken for a ride today. Thanks to William for burning up a $20 in gas to give me the thrill ride!!! This is one well loved car. A real stunner.

Met this gentleman today. Nice guy, really nice car.

How about a 1000HP Supercharged Mustang?

Very nicely done and seriously built car for street and track.

Just one more Domestic ready to kick some Diablo tail.
