Greetings race fans. We are getting set for the 2nd annual Charity Day at the Track for the Grand-AM Road Racing series event at Indianapolis with Godstone Ranch Motorsports, Hunt Construction Group, Midwest Sports Car Club and Indianapolis Cars and Coffee on FRIDAY, JULY 26, 2013. Last year we had a fantastic outing that provided for a nice donation to the American Heart Association thru the generous ticket purchasing of the attendees.
This time around, there are multiple ways to get involved.
OPTION 1
The first way is to simply purchase your all inclusive race day tickets for $150 per person. Activities on track and in our suite start at 9 am and run all day thru the 3 hour Rolex Grand-AM race that starts at 5:00 pm, so you can participate as your schedule allows. NASCAR practice sessions will share the venue with the Grand-AM road race series and be part of the day’s events for the first time. Both the oval and the road course will be in use this day.
Our event is structured to raise funds and awareness for the American Heart Association's Hands Only CPR campaign while having a great time with friends, family and business associates. Of the $150 per person ticket price, approximately $70 ea will be tax deductible as a charitable 501 (c) (3) donation. Your cost includes entrance to the track, access to our luxury Tower Terrace Hospitality Suite, garage and pit access, meet and greet opportunities with Grand-AM and NASCAR drivers in the suite, and lunch.
Please RSVP to me, and make payment arrangements via check or credit card.
Make checks payable to Godstone Ranch Motorsports and mail to:

OPTION 2
1. Sponsorship opportunities for your business are available on the race car. 3 major sponsorship levels receive car signage commensurate with the level of sponsorship. See attached flyer titled “Indy Sponsorsâ€.
2. 2 VIP Pit Party/Paddock Access tickets come with each $5,000 sponsorship, 4 for $10k and so on.
3. Other benefits (B2B, publicity, etc.)
A message from driver John McCutchen regarding the car sponsorship options:
Dear Colleague;
You might be aware that I chair a non-profit, Godstone Ranch that harnesses professional motorsports to support the American Heart Association’s Hands-Only CPR campaign. Godstone is a large part of helping to promote awareness of this life-saving technique.
To that end, we compete in the Grand AM Road racing series, owned by NASCAR. Our car, a Porsche GT3, known as the “Heart Car,†races in the Rolex GT class, and recently completed flawless runs in Austin and Atlanta to kick off this season. Our future 2013 race schedule includes the Indianapolis Motor Speedway on July 26 during Super Weekend with NASCAR.
We are looking for sponsors and supporters, who would like to be part of these nationally televised events. It’s a great way to promote your company, do some B2B in the pits, and help advance a very worthwhile cause!
I have attached some sponsorship levels, including those that have car signage. The TV audience is estimated to be about 1,000,000 viewers on SPEED TV, so it’s a real bargain. Godstone is a registered 501(c)(iii), so your contribution can be tax deductible.
We have once again been blessed in our mission to spread the word about the life saving benefits of Hands Only CPR! The American Heart Association with support from WellPoint has teamed with Godstone for the production of our first Public Service Announcement (PSA) which was filmed at the Road Atlanta race on April 20th. Our PSA will debut on national TV in support of National CPR week, beginning June1.
Sign up as a sponsor now and be part of something truly special.
Thanks and feel free to forward this info on to anyone you think might be interested.
Sincerely,
John J. McCutchen II
