Kind of a neat program. Any word on where the 40 cars ended up? Seems like they would have a cult following if anyone tracked them down.

Mark, have a question for ya. Autoweek's 50 years in review feature just mentioned the years that Datsun did not have a "sporty" car in the model line up, so you could go to the dealership and buy an older, factory refurbished 240Z off the new car showroom floor.
What else can you add to the story?

Sweet!!!

Thought you'd like that one. Doesn't show well but it has a black hood. It was parked in a garage we're building. Got it to the point the guys can park in it while we finish a few things. Not sure who it is but there is a blue one too. Subi, the choice of Union Ironworkers.

A Mustang named after a rock! How fitting.

Makes great sense for a business name, not for a car!

Oh, that reminds me. Yellow Ford GT (no stripes) and yellow F430 Spider in my dream

I really can't say what was in my dream this morning, but I did have another interesting sighting. A small motor home with two "barn find" looking project cars on the trailer. A 65 Chevelle SS and a 73+/- Dodge Charger. The faded paint showed the outline of the old RT stripe package. Both needed a lot of work but was a cool looking pair of project cars.

Goes right along with Hole-in-one's spotting. I saw at Bud's truck stop on the south side:
